WHEN: Fridays or Saturdays starting Jan. 6th/7th for 7 weeks. Ends Feb. 17th/18th.

TIME:
High School (2023-2026) – Fridays from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM
Middle School (2027-2028) – Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Youth (2029-2030) – Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 11:00 PM
The training will be focused on a player’s individual physical conditioning, skills, and growth.
